We DO NOT Ship Overseas. We deliver only within New Zealand.

Collection of Goods

Alternatively arrangements can be made for collection of the goods directly from our office in Auckland.

Physical Address Required

When placing an order we require the physical street address. Delivery cannot be to a PO Box. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for the goods (identification is required). We cannot deliver without an authorized recipient’s signature acknowledging the receipt of the goods.

Invoices

GST invoice will be generated and attach to your order during shipping.

Delivery Times

Online orders will be processed promptly. Receipt of each order is confirmed via automated e-mail response. Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Please put a note while ordering if you need urgent delivery.
